  • It's true that you know your body best. We know our stuff about fitness and nutrition. We are also experienced coaches who understand the challenges that busy women face. We are here to serve as a your partner to help you achieve your goals. We ask that you share your goals openly and implement our custom plans to achieve your best results. 

  • If you're not ready to invest in yourself. 

  • RISE membership is an investment. It is not only a monthly financial investment, it will require that you dedicate some time to improving your wellness habits. Within our rise membership, we will provide fitness and nutrition coaching. You will also have access to our other wellness partners and some other special goodies to help with other aspects of wellness, such as mindset and self care.

  • If you're not ready to do the work.

  • We will streamline the process for you so that you get the maximum results from your program in the shortest time possible, but lifestyle changes such as incorporating new fitness routines and meal prepping take some effort. If you're not ready to commit to this type of work, RISE is not for you.

  • If you want to go it alone. 

  • One of the best benefits of the RISE membership program is our supportive community, full of other community members who are working to achieve their unique goals. We come together via a private Facebook group and bi-weekly accountability Zoom calls led by CMC founder, Annie Landry. It is here we offer support to others for their challenges and celebrate their wins! Getting healthy and fit doesn't have to be a lonely process!

  • With your RISE membership, you get access to a certified coach to answer your questions and provide feedback and adjustments to your wellness plans. No more driving to the gym or missing workouts because you have to travel! 

  • Custom plans developed to your unique abilities

  • Your coach will work with you to gain an understanding of your preferences and history, then use this to develop a training program specific to your unique goals. Plans will be sent weekly, and adjusted as needed. This helps keep you on track without being overwhelming!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • When will I receive my weekly workout plans?

  • Your membership will begin the day you enroll. Or, if you are on the waiting list, your membership will become active after we open doors and confirm your interest. Once you are a member of RISE, we will send you onboarding forms and schedule an initial call with you so that we can begin your custom programming. After that is complete, workout plans will be sent out every Sunday, so you will be ready to start your week!

  • What if I can't partipate one week or I go on vacation?

  • RISE is a monthly membership that you can take with you anywhere! We can program exercises specific to your travel needs. If you do decide to take a week or two off of the program, we get it, but monthly billing will occur on your scheduled renewal date unless you inform us that you would like to cancel prior to that date. If you cancel and decide to rejoin, you will rejoin at the current pricing not your original rate.  

  • How much access will I have to my coach?

  • You will have access to your coach via messaging for additional support throughout the week. We do our best to get back to you within 24 hours of your messages. 

  • What makes RISE different from other online trainers?

  • We seek to promote overall, holistic wellness. We also provide exercise corrections to ensure that our members are using proper form to workout safely and use proper form. We do this by asking you to submit a quick video of anything you have questions or concerns with through our dedicated app, where you will also receive your custom workouts, and extra nutrition guidance. We will then review the video and include our notes and suggestions in private message or voice coaching.
